Nature of the Service

Todd County Released Inmates is a private reference resource. It is not part of a sheriff's office, court, jail, community corrections program, Minnesota Department of Corrections office, federal agency, or immigration authority. It does not keep official government records. Site operators cannot confirm whether someone is in custody, authorize a release, change a record, file a request, or submit a court document for a visitor.

Content points readers toward official Todd County and Minnesota custody and public-data channels. It may also connect visitors with third-party research services. References to access under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13, describe government sources and do not make this site the custodian of those records or create a promise that a particular record is available.

It does not prepare or supply consumer reports, credit reports, background checks, or screening products.
